Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Costiera purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.


How to Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at flavio@costieramadeinitaly.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Package your item securely and send it to the provided return address.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

We offer size and colour exchanges where available. If your preferred item is sold out, a refund will be issued once the original item is received and inspected.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at flavio@costieramadeinitaly.com with photos and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return arrives safely.
