  • Payment is processed at the time of purchase to secure your item.

  • Production quantities are limited, and once sold out, items may not be restocked.

  • Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Italy or Australia, depending on stock availability.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location and courier performance. Costiera is not liable for delays once orders have been dispatched.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
