Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
During launch periods or drop collections, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.
2. Shipping Origin
Orders are fulfilled from Italy or Australia, depending on product availability and destination.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on customs procedures or courier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $500 AUD.
5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
6. Pre-Orders & Drop Collections
For limited-edition or pre-order items, estimated delivery windows are stated on the product page.

7. Customs and Duties

8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, shipping costs will not be refunded.
